Are you an Estimator looking to work on a diverse range of refurbishment projects within a growing, well-established contractor?

Due to company growth, we're recruiting for an Assistant Estimator, Estimator or Senior Estimator to join a successful team, with flexibility around experience level. Whether you're looking to take the next step in your career or bring years of estimating expertise, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business with ambitious growth plans.

Working closely with the Bid and Operational teams, you'll be responsible for producing accurate, competitive tenders across refurbishment and planned maintenance projects for both new and existing clients.

Duties include:

• Preparing estimates, quotations and tender submissions

• Producing quantities from drawings and specifications

• Obtaining and evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations

• Pricing labour, plant and material costs

• Supporting value engineering and cost planning

• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities

• Working collaboratively with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners

We're keen to hear from candidates with estimating experience gained within social housing, property services, refurbishment or the wider construction sector.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience pricing projects from first principles

• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Experience preparing competitive tenders

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Salary from £35,000 - £75,000 depending on experience

• Company car or car allowance

• Hybrid working
