Estimator

We're recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a growing civil engineering contractor based in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in pricing and securing a variety of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

The Role:

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil engineering projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Produce detailed take-offs and pricing schedules.
• Identify project risks and opportunities.
• Work closely with operational and commercial teams to deliver winning bids.

Requirements 

• Previous experience as an Estimator within the civil engineering sector.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
• Excellent analytical and commercial skills.
• Water experience desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
