I'm currently working with a growing façade contractor who is looking to appoint an Estimator to strengthen their pre-construction team.
This is a great opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work, pricing a range of façade and cladding packages across residential and commercial developments.
The Role:
- Preparing competitive tenders for façade and cladding projects
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Preparing cost plans and tender submissions
- Working closely with the design and commercial teams
- Attending pre-contract meetings where required
What I'm Looking For:
- Previous estimating experience within the façade or cladding sector
- Strong understanding of façade systems and construction methods
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tenders
- Good communication and negotiation skills

- £55,000 - £75,000 salary depending on experience
