Estimator - RC Frame, Groundworks & Civils in Stratford

Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + Bonus

This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with a strong background in RC Frame, Groundworks and Civils, ideally with additional experience across M&E and Data Centre projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing competitive and accurate tenders, working closely with the wider commercial and project teams to support the company’s continued growth.

• Proven experience working as an Estimator within the construction industry

• Strong estimating experience across RC Frame, Groundworks and Civils

• Experience with M&E projects, particularly Data Centres, would be highly beneficial

• Ability to prepare accurate and competitive tenders and cost plans

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and subcontractor pricing

• Ability to review drawings, specifications and project requirements

• Confident communicating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers

• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively

• £70,000 – £80,000 base salary
