This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator from a construction background looking to join a well-established fit-out contractor, where you'll work on a diverse range of high-quality commercial projects while benefiting from excellent training, long-term progression, and a supportive team environment.

Are you an Estimator with experience in the construction industry looking to develop your career within a fast-paced fit-out business delivering projects across the UK and Ireland?

This independent contractor operates across the UK and Ireland and is renowned for the prompt, high-quality delivery of fit-out projects, including restaurants, retail, offices, and other commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Estimator within the construction industry. Previous fit-out experience is advantageous but not essential. Candidates from sectors such as main contracting, M&E, joinery, interiors, or general construction who are looking to develop within fit-out are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

• Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for commercial fit-out projects
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
• Working closely with the commercial and operations teams to secure and deliver projects
• Based in Antrim, with occasional travel to sites as required

The Person:

• Estimator with experience in the construction industry
• Experience within fit-out, main contracting, M&E, joinery, interiors, or similar
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Full UK Driving Licence
