Our client, an established and respected building services company based in Norfolk, is looking for a superstar Estimator/QS to join their team, and they mean that. They're seeking someone ambitious, sharp, and ready to work hard and reap the rewards; someone intelligent, driven and not afraid to dig in when the going gets tough.

The Role

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of restoration and commercial projects. No two days will look the same, the successful candidate will be involved in everything from Design & Build to negotiated works, giving real breadth of experience and constant job satisfaction.

The Role Will Involve

• Preparing accurate, competitive estimates across a mix of restoration and commercial projects
• Working across varied procurement routes, including Design & Build and negotiated works
• Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Analysing costs, drawings, and specifications to produce robust, reliable pricing
• Contributing to the wider success and growth of the business
