European Road Freight Operations Coordinator – Redditch

The Role

• Coordinate European import/export road freight

• Handle customs clearances and job documentation

• Manage bookings, quotations and customer updates

• Negotiate rates with transport providers

• Resolve issues quickly and keep shipments on track

• Support Sales with pricing and operational insight

• Complete invoicing and maintain accurate records

• Experience in European road freight 

• Confident with customer communication and rate negotiations

• Strong organisation, accuracy and problem‑solving

• Able to work fast and manage multiple deadlines
