Are you a Conference Co-ordinator with 1 year to 18 months experience in B2B Conferences or Awards?
Or maybe you come from an Association background, but you have some solid experience working on commercial events?
A well-known Conference organiser based in London is looking for a skilled Conference Co-ordinator like you to work on some of their events which are held Internationally .
As a Conference Co-ordinator specialising in B2B conferences you will be;
- Working with Hotels and organising accommodation for their delegates
- Organising travel for their delegates/sponsors
- Dealing with in-coming enquiries
- Full Operations/logistics, before the event, at the event and after the event
- International Travel
- AV/Catering
- Dealing with suppliers
£28,000 to £30,000 + Bonus+ Benefits
