The Social Value Conference is the company's flagship event, bringing together senior leaders and policymakers from across the industry.
The Role
You'll support the coordination of the Social Value Conference 2026, working closely with the Senior PA & Internal Events Manager to keep speaker, judge and event administration running smoothly. Deliver this one well and there's real scope to work with SVP again on future conferences. Success looks like accurate records, everyone kept in the loop, and a conference day that runs without a hitch.
Key Responsibilities
You'll:
- Coordinate speaker outreach, diary management and briefings, chasing outstanding responses
- Keep speaker and judge tracking spreadsheets accurate and up to date, flagging risks such as dropouts early
- Support Awards judge communications and coordinate judging panel briefings
- Maintain agenda documents and support updates to the event website ahead of the conference
- Provide regular updates in team meetings and internal reporting
- Support on-site registration, signage and delegate guidance during the conference
- Handle post-event admin, including surveys and data organisation
What You'll Bring
Essential:
- Proven experience in an events, coordination or administrative role
- Confident using Excel and spreadsheet-based tracking systems
- A full UK driving licence
Useful, not essential:
- Experience with event or CRM platforms

Working Arrangements
Location: Liverpool | Predominantly remote, with time in Liverpool for deliveries and logistics
Contract: Fixed-term, September to December 2026 (4 months) | Part-time, 3-4 days a week, 9am-5.30pm (salary pro-rated to the agreed days)
On-site: Titanic Hotel, Liverpool, 2-3 December, with extended hours on the day
