Contract Type: Temporary. Contract Length: 15 months
Working Pattern: Full Time, hybrid 3 days in office
Day rate: £485 Umbrella
What You will Do:
- Manage day-to-day project logistics and ensure successful execution of assigned event projects across all business units.
- Work alongside Event Project Managers to support event execution planning and special projects.
- Generate innovative ideas to enhance client experiences and drive cost savings.
- Oversee all logistical details for assigned events, including attendee coordination and presenter arrangements.
- Ensure event programme branding aligns with organisational standards, including marketing materials, signage, and displays.
- Maintain accurate budgets for events while managing metrics reporting details.
- Support expense management initiatives, evaluate event risks, reconcile invoices, and process payments.
- Collaborate with internal and external vendors to manage venue logistics, transportation, and audiovisual needs.
- Review and negotiate contracts to secure the best rates possible for event services.
- Partner with technology and audio-visual teams to ensure that all necessary equipment is included for each event.
- Initiate and oversee the creation of web registration sites, ensuring content accuracy and responding to inquiries effectively.
- Make informed business decisions while safeguarding the organisation's reputation and adhering to compliance standards.
What We Need from You:
- Strong experience in Corporate Events or Hospitality, with a proven track record in executing successful events.
- Exceptional skills in managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills to oversee projects with varying lead times.
- Proven success in being people-focused with exceptional relationship management skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Availability for domestic and international travel to support and execute events.
