Please note this role is mainly remote working. However, there is frequent travel to London and the surrounding counties. With attendance required at committee meetings etc.

Working for a Trade Association – you will support the planning and delivery of the Branch Network event programme, providing effective coordination, administrative support and engagement. With branch committees, volunteers, speakers and external stakeholders.

Coordinating the delivery of branch events, conferences and forums, ensuring they are professionally organised, within budget and aligned with organisational guidelines:

• Liaise with speakers, venues, managing bookings and event logistics.
• Set up event registration & delegate communications using Cvent.
• Coordinate event marketing, emails, website updates, social media.
• Arrange event materials, delegate lists, badges and promotional resources.
• Attend events and provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house presence.

Providing ongoing support to branch chairs, committees and volunteers, helping to manage priorities and ensure the smooth running of branch activities:

• Maintain regular contact with branch chairs and committee members.
• Assist with event preparation, registrations and volunteer enquiries.
• Support committee-led events and promote volunteer engagement.

Monitoring event activity and maintain accurate branch information to support effective planning and continuous improvement:

• Monitor registrations, attendance and marketing performance.
• Coordinate post-event feedback and surveys.
• Maintain branch webpages and CRM records.

This exciting role involves managing positive relationships with speakers, venues and stakeholders. Representing and promoting the Branch Network at relevant events as required.
