We're looking for an organised, creative and enthusiastic Events & Marketing Executive to join our client’s team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a varied role where no two days are the same. From planning and delivering high-profile industry events to creating engaging social media content and marketing campaigns, you'll play a key role in supporting our members and raising the profile of the organisation.

Success in this role isn't just about delivering great events. It's about building lasting relationships, securing sponsorship, increasing participation and identifying new opportunities to grow our events programme.

Can you answer YES to the following?

  • Do you have experience planning and delivering successful events from concept through to completion?
  • Are you confident managing multiple projects and deadlines without compromising on quality?
  • Are you confident networking with businesses, building relationships and securing sponsorships and partnerships for events?
  • Are you comfortable coordinating speakers, exhibitors and event logistics?
  • Do you have experience creating engaging content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram and other social media platforms?
  • Can you develop marketing campaigns that increase engagement and promote events effectively?
  • Are you confident writing professional marketing copy, presentations and website content?
  • Do you enjoy analysing campaign performance and looking for ways to improve results?
  • Are you highly organised, proactive and able to work independently while contributing to a small team?
  • Do you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with people at all levels?
  • Are you confident using Microsoft Office and a range of digital tools?
