About the role

Our client is seeking reliable Event Porters to support a range of events in Margate. This is flexible, ad hoc work with shifts allocated based on event schedules, ideal for those wanting varied hours and hands-on experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting with event set-up and breakdown
• Moving furniture, equipment, and supplies safely
• Supporting event staff throughout live events
• Maintaining clean and organised event spaces
• Always following health and safety procedures

Person specification:

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shift patterns
• Positive attitude and team-focused approach
• Previous events or portering experience desirable but not essential
