EVENTS SUPERVISOR – 5★ HOTEL | MARBLE ARCH

Starting Mid-September | Until 3rd Week of December

We are looking for an experienced Events Supervisor to join the team and work alongside the Events team at a prestigious 5★ hotel near Marble Arch, London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong hospitality and events experience who enjoys working in a high-end, fast-paced environment and is confident supervising teams and ensuring exceptional guest service.

The Role

• Work alongside the hotel's Events team supporting the smooth running of events
• Supervise and coordinate hospitality staff during events
• Ensure consistently high standards of service and presentation
• Assist with set-up, service and breakdown of events
• Support the Events Manager and hotel team throughout each event
• Lead by example and ensure the team delivers a premium 5★ guest experience
• Handle any operational issues calmly and professionally

We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Events Supervisor, Hospitality Supervisor or similar
• Experience working in 5★ hotels, luxury venues or high-end events is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Confident managing a team in a busy events environment
• Professional, reliable and well-presented
• Strong understanding of high-end hospitality service standards
• Flexible and available for a busy events schedule

Pay & Hours

£16.50 per hour – including holiday pay

Approximately 45–50 hours per week

Starting mid-September through to the third week of December
