Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution

• Valid nursing license/registration

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in paediatric nursing

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comply with clinical protocols and contribute to patient outcome evaluations.

• Meet Level 3 Clinical Advancement Program requirements annually.

• Apply the nursing process to deliver age-appropriate care from admission to discharge.

• Deliver patient and family education with respect for privacy, dignity, and cultural preferences.
