Your responsibilities as Executive Assistant to the CEO
  • Manage schedules, meetings, priorities and communications to maximise effectiveness
  • Prepare briefings, reports and summaries to support informed decision-making
  • Coordinate business projects and ensure actions are followed through to completion
  • Support leadership activities and wider business initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology and automation
  • Maintain organisation across multiple workstreams while ensuring priorities remain on track
What we’re looking for in an Executive Assistant
  • Previous experience supporting senior stakeholders within a busy business environment
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to understand wider business objectives
  • Experience using business technology platforms and digital productivity tools
  • Knowledge of AI tools and process improvement solutions within a professional environment
Working hours
Monday to Thursday, 09:00 – 17:30, with flexibility to change the non-working day when business needs require.
