You'll be joining a collaborative and professional team where organisation, attention to detail and a proactive approach are highly valued.

As a Practice Assistant, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and business support, working closely with senior stakeholders and wider support teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
  • Managing busy inboxes, calls and correspondence
  • Arranging domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas and itineraries
  • Preparing and formatting correspondence, presentations, pitches and other documentation
  • Managing document processes, filing, archiving and data rooms
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting client relationship, business development, pitch and event activity
  • Assisting with financial and matter management, including expenses, invoices, billing and time recording
  • Supporting the onboarding of new joiners and helping colleagues with internal processes
  • Coordinating work with specialist internal teams and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
  • Supporting projects, process improvements and other ad-hoc initiatives

Who are we looking for??

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience within professional services, legal, financial services or another fast-paced corporate environment
  • Strong experience in diary and inbox management
  • Experience arranging domestic and international travel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting pitches, presentations, events or business development activity
  • An understanding of expenses, invoices, billing or time recording
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information
  • The confidence to work independently, take ownership and use initiative
  • Experience with legal systems, matter management or platforms such as Intapp, Expert Time, Interaction, Kira or Transact would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Why consider this opportunity?

This is more than a traditional administrative position. You'll play an important role in supporting a high-performing team and will gain exposure to a broad range of professional services activity.

The role offers the opportunity to develop your experience across senior stakeholder support, client relationships, business development, financial administration, events and wider business operations.
