Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity on behalf of our client, who are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to their Co-Founders and wider leadership team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised EA who enjoys working at pace, managing multiple priorities and becoming a trusted partner to senior leaders. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the business by anticipating needs, managing priorities and keeping everything moving behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Co-Founders

  • Act as the main point of coordination for two Co-Founders, managing diaries, priorities and competing demands.
  • Proactively manage schedules, resolve diary conflicts and ensure time is focused on key business priorities.
  • Monitor inboxes, prioritise communications and respond on behalf of the Co-Founders where appropriate.
  • Arrange travel and create detailed, well-organised itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, papers and briefing materials to ensure meetings are effective and productive.
  • Use AI tools to capture meeting actions, track progress and ensure follow-ups are completed.
  • Manage confidential information with complete discretion and professionalism.

Supporting the Leadership Team

  • Provide support to the wider leadership team and Directors.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, quarterly reviews and strategic sessions.
  • Liaise confidently with clients, colleagues and external partners.
  • Support with project coordination, ensuring actions and deadlines are managed effectively.

Events, Community & Charity Support

  • Assist with the organisation of internal events, networking opportunities and company socials.
  • Support the business’ commitment to charitable initiatives and community activities.

About You:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders, directors or business owners.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and able to anticipate requirements before they arise.
  • Confident communicator who can build strong relationships and act as a trusted gatekeeper.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365, digital tools and AI solutions.
  • Discreet, adaptable and a genuine team player.
