As Executive Assistant you will work closely with a Financial Advisor, providing essential administrative support while delivering an excellent customer service experience to clients.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring all processes run smoothly, efficiently and to a high standard.

This role as the Executive Assistant will includes the below responsibilities:
- Handling client administration for IFAs, including new business and policy renewals
- Deal and solve client enquiries promptly and effectively
- Managing policy servicing, performing valuations, and working with online systems
- Writing reports, researching the market, and recommending appropriate solutions for clients
- Building relationships with insurers to secure the best service and terms
The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role will require:
- Previous administration exposure in financial services is essential
- Experience using Intelligence Office systems is preferred but not essential
- A naturally confident communicator
- A relationship builder looking to provide a professional and personable service
- Attentive with a keen eye for detail
- Previous exposure with financial wealth would be advantageous
