Executive Assistant & Office Manager
Our client is a fast-growing, private equity-backed business operating within the digital infrastructure and data centre sector. With significant investment and an expanding pipeline across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics, the business is continuing to grow its team and operations.
They are now looking for an experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager to provide high-level support to the Managing Director and wider C-Suite, while taking ownership of the smooth day-to-day running of the London office.
The Role
This is a varied position combining senior-level executive support, office management, board/governance coordination, events and general business administration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive EA support to the Managing Director and wider C-Suite.
- Managing complex diaries, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Coordinating correspondence and supporting senior-level communications.
- Preparing presentations, briefing notes, reports and meeting documentation.
- Tracking key actions, deadlines and strategic initiatives on behalf of senior leadership.
- Supporting board and leadership meetings, including preparation and distribution of board packs.
- Maintaining accurate and secure governance and executive records.
- Processing expenses and reimbursement claims.
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day operation of the North London office.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, facilities and external suppliers.
- Supporting office expenditure and ensuring value for money.
- Coordinating company events and employee social activities.
- Providing administrative support to marketing activity and materials.
- Drafting clear and professional social media content for review and approval.
- Handling confidential and commercially sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior PA, Office Manager, Operations Assistant or similar.
- Experience supporting senior leadership, ideally at MD, CEO or C-Suite level.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Previous exposure to board meetings, governance or executive reporting.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong judgement.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- A practical, commercially aware approach to solving problems and improving processes.
