Chalkhill Blue is looking for a part-time Executive Assistant to become a trusted right-hand person to the Directors, Rachel and Chris, who run and own a number of successful businesses. Chalkhill Blue is a strategic business advisory firm, working with ambitious SME owners on growth, scale-up, exit and transformation, helping them achieve measurable results and long-term value. You'll manage diaries, coordinate meetings, keep on top of key deadlines and help deliver workshops, events and client programmes, becoming the person who keeps everything on track behind the scenes and creates the capacity for the Directors to focus on clients, growth and strategic work.

The role is based in the Brinkworth, Wiltshire offices, working 18 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, with some flexibility on working hours pattern. You'll enjoy close daily contact with the Directors, real variety in your day-to-day work and the chance to make a genuine difference in a growing, ambitious business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries, coordinate appointments and schedule meetings, ensuring everyone has what they need beforehand
  • Organise travel and logistics, and prepare meeting documents, agendas and supporting information
  • Monitor key deadlines, follow up actions and manage email correspondence on behalf of the Directors where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, handling confidential information professionally and discreetly
  • Support the delivery of workshops, business growth events and client programmes, including venues, delegate bookings, materials and supplier coordination
  • Keep systems and administration organised, including client onboarding, document preparation and general office administration


Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Office Manager role
  • Experience supporting business owners, with a good understanding of the needs and pace of a small business
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive rather than reactive approach
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and confident communicating with clients and suppliers
  • Professional, trustworthy and calm under pressure
  • Friendly, personable and happy to pick up the phone
  • Tech savvy, with confidence embracing new systems and comfortable harnessing AI tools to work more efficiently
