We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in a strategic, fast-paced role. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the business, enabling the delivery of key strategic, operational and financial priorities.
Working closely with the CFO, Executive Team, Board members and key stakeholders across the organisation, you will provide a blend of executive support, strategic coordination, programme management and business delivery.
You will play a key role in ensuring Board reporting, business planning, governance activities and strategic projects are delivered to a consistently high standard. As the organisation progresses through its next phase of growth, you will also support transaction readiness activities, including coordinating due diligence requests, managing information flow and maintaining a robust data room environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to step beyond traditional executive support into a broader role, working as a trusted partner to the CFO while helping to drive strategic initiatives and organisational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
As Executive Assistant to the CFO, you will:
- Support the delivery of strategic priorities by coordinating action plans, tracking progress and managing key deliverables.
- Coordinate Board and Committee papers, presentations, briefings and supporting documentation.
- Support investor readiness activities by coordinating data rooms, due diligence requests and investor-facing materials where applicable.
- Work collaboratively across Finance, HR, Legal, Operations and Commercial teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
- Support financial reporting, forecasting and planning activities, including budget tracking and business case preparation.
- Manage the CFO's diary, inbox, meetings and key communications, ensuring focus on high-impact priorities.
- Lead and support strategic and operational projects, identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting and governance.

- Experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management capability.
- A high level of discretion and professionalism.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work at pace.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- A proactive, forward-thinking approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Resilience, adaptability and professionalism under pressure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- Experience supporting a CFO or Finance Director.
- Financial and commercial awareness.
- Experience supporting transaction activity (e.g. M&A).
- Experience coordinating data rooms or due diligence processes.
- Experience preparing Board or investor-level materials.
