The Burford Recruitment Company is delighted to be working with a highly respected organisation to recruit an Executive Assistant to support a private aviation operation.
This is a rare opportunity for an exceptional service professional to combine Executive Assistance, guest relations, luxury hospitality and travel coordination within a unique and fast-paced environment.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every journey is delivered seamlessly, professionally and to the highest possible standards.
The Role
This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant position. You will become the central point of coordination for all aspects of the aircraft operation, ensuring passengers receive an outstanding experience from departure through to arrival.
Responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating travel logistics and flight preparation
• Managing passenger preferences and requirements
• Arranging catering, refreshments and onboard supplies
• Liaising with suppliers, contractors and service providers
• Supporting senior executives and VIP passengers
• Monitoring stock levels and managing inventories
• Coordinating cleaning, maintenance and servicing schedules
• Ensuring the aircraft remains impeccably presented at all times
• Managing administration, reporting and expenditure records
• Providing exceptional levels of customer service and discretion
About You

Working Pattern
On non-travel days, the role typically operates Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm. Flexibility is required to support travel schedules and passenger requirements, although the vast majority of trips are planned well in advance. The role offers a blend of office, home-based and travel-based working, with opportunities for both UK and international travel.
