EA Duties
• Complex diary management resolving conflicts as they arise. Communication with other EAs in the team and externally where necessary. Communication agendas and responding to calendar changes as required.
• Highly demanding and complex travel arrangements to include travel itineraries, hotels, flights and cars, often making short notice changes.
• Entry of Company, contact and meeting data in CRM database.
• Preparation of expenses claims.
• Filing and archiving documentation.
• Performing duties as necessary to ensure the most effective use of the Executives’ time.
• Receiving and screening incoming calls, e-mail and correspondence. Prioritising and re- directing where necessary.
Additional Responsibilities
• Assisting other EAs with duties and coverage as and when required.
Experience Required
• Demonstrable experience as an EA including international exposure.
• Strong academic achievement (university degree preferred).
• Demonstrated experience as a successful EA in a leading professional company.
• Track record of successful interaction with Senior Executives.
Skills Required
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• A formal secretarial qualification would be preferred.
• Strong command of French and English
