A leading financial services firm are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to cover a maternity contract for 9 months. This is a fast-paced role supporting a Head of Department and team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Arrange global travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transportation.
- Prepare and reconcile travel expenses using Concur.
- Organise team offsites, events, and meetings.
- Work closely with colleagues in the US team to ensure seamless coordination.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the team.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a fast paced financial services environment is essential.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a collaborative environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Concur and Condeco is advantageous.
