Executive Commercial Manager in Central London

Conrad Consulting is working with a leading consultancy to recruit an experienced Executive Commercial Manager to support a major rail infrastructure project in London.

This is an interesting opportunity for a commercially experienced professional with a background in rail infrastructure and experience undertaking commercial assurance, validation and audit activities.

Based in the Euston area, you will support commercial validation activities, reviewing project information and undertaking audits to ensure commercial accuracy and compliance.

• Undertake commercial audits and validation activities on a major rail project.
• Review commercial information, project records and supporting documentation.
• Assess commercial submissions and identify discrepancies or potential risks.
• Support the validation of costs, contractual information and project expenditure.
• Review commercial processes and ensure appropriate governance is maintained.
• Prepare audit findings and commercial reports.
• Work with project stakeholders to resolve commercial queries.
• Provide support and advice on commercial assurance matters.

• Experience in a Commercial Manager or Quantity Surveying position.
• Background in rail infrastructure or major construction projects.
• Experience undertaking commercial audits, validation or assurance activities.
• Good understanding of commercial management and cost control.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Confident working with project stakeholders and reviewing complex commercial information.

• Salary of £65,000–£85,000.
• London-based position in the Euston area.
• Opportunity to work on a major rail infrastructure programme.
