Location: Hybrid / Home Based (Hybrid and Office Options Available Birmingham Manchester ,Nottingham)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Basic DOE + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £80,000 - £100,000+

With multiple opportunities available across Executive Search and Accountancy & Finance recruitment, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Executive Search Consultant, Finance Recruitment Consultant or Headhunter looking to develop their career within a more consultative and relationship-led environment.

This opportunity would particularly suit recruiters who are looking to move away from high-volume transactional recruitment and into executive search, retained recruitment and senior-level appointments.

The Role

As an Executive Search Consultant or Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing executive search and professional recruitment assignments from brief through to successful placement.

Building and developing long-term client relationships.

Delivering retained search and contingent recruitment projects.

Identifying and engaging senior-level finance and leadership professionals.

Conducting market mapping, headhunting and candidate engagement activities.

Developing existing accounts while supporting new business growth opportunities.

Maintaining a high-quality candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.

Accountancy & Finance Focus

Current assignments typically include:

Finance Director

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Financial Controller

Head of Finance

Finance Business Partner

Management Accountant

Commercial Finance Manager

Group Financial Controller

Senior Finance Leadership Appointments

About You

Previous recruitment experience is essential.
