Experienced Building Surveyor

An Experienced Building Surveyor is required in Eastbourne for a Permanent, Full-time position. The role follows a flexible hybrid pattern, typically combining three office days with two remote days.

Responsibilities

• Administer building contracts across refurbishment, repair and maintenance projects
• Manage project instructions from initial assessment through delivery and completion
• Undertake condition surveys, defect diagnosis and technical reporting
• Prepare specifications and supporting documentation for planned works
• Coordinate clients, contractors and consultants across live instructions

Requirements

• Building Surveying degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• Practical contract administration and project management experience
• Condition surveying and building defect investigation experience
• Ability to attend inspections and progress instructions independently
• AssocRICS, MRICS or equivalent welcomed but not essential

Salary & Package

• £45,000–£60,000 basic salary dependent on experience
