Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking café-style comfort food
- Managing kitchen orders and tickets during busy service periods
- Food preparation and stock management
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Opening and closing the kitchen
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Previous chef experience in a busy café, restaurant, or similar environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong organisational skills
- Food Safety Certificate (essential)
- Availability for weekends and bank holidays
