We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and versatile Hairdresser to join their team in Bristol on a full-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented hair professional with experience working across Asian, Afro-textured/Black and European hair types. Our client is looking for someone with strong technical ability, a passion for hairdressing and the confidence to deliver personalised services to a diverse clientele.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of different hair textures, styling techniques and individual hair care needs, while maintaining excellent customer service and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering a range of professional hairdressing services to a high standard.

• Cutting, styling and finishing different hair types and textures.

• Demonstrating confidence and technical knowledge when working with Asian, Afro-textured/Black and European hair.

• Consulting with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable styles and treatments.

• Providing advice on hair maintenance, styling and aftercare.

• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and salon presentation.

• Building strong client relationships and encouraging repeat appointments.

• Keeping up to date with current hair trends, techniques and industry developments.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an excellent client experience.

About You

• Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Hairstylist.

• Demonstrable experience working with Asian, Afro-textured/Black and European hair types is essential.

• Strong cutting, styling and finishing skills.

• Excellent consultation and communication skills.

• A creative approach and attention to detail.

• A professional, friendly and client-focused manner.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A commitment to delivering consistently high standards.
