We're not just looking for our first employee. We're looking for the person who will help build the future of Method Recruitment Group.

Every business has to start somewhere, and we're now looking for an experienced recruiter who wants to be a major part of what comes next.

You'll be the first piece of Method's recruitment team, joining at a stage where you'll have a genuine opportunity to influence how the business grows.

This isn't about joining an established office and becoming another name on the payroll. You'll be building your own desk, developing your own client relationships and helping shape a business with some pretty exciting plans.

And here's the important part.

Our plan is to open Method's first recruitment office within the next 12 months, and the person joining us in this role will be the one running it.

You'll also have a clear pathway towards becoming a Director of Method Recruitment Group. We're looking for someone who wants to build a career with us, not simply use this as their next stop.

What can you expect?

You'll initially work from home, with a 30-hour working week and flexible hours Monday to Friday. We care about results, and we understand that flexibility can make a huge difference to people's lives.

You'll have access to the recruitment software, tools and support needed to develop your desk.

We believe in having clear targets and measuring performance, but we're not interested in the typical set-in-stone KPIs that some recruitment agencies swear by. We'd much rather focus on the results you're achieving, the relationships you're building and the business you're bringing in. You'll have the freedom to work in a way that gets results, with the support and accountability you'd expect from an ambitious business.

Let's talk earnings.

We're offering a guaranteed basic salary alongside an uncapped, progressive commission structure:

• 10% on the first £5,000 in monthly fees received

• 20% on fees between £5,000 and £10,000

• 25% on fees between £10,000 and £20,000

• 35% on everything above £20,000

To put that into perspective, generating £15,000 in monthly fees would earn you £2,750 in commission alone, on top of your basic salary.

Maintain that level of performance throughout the year and you're looking at total annual earnings of over £54,000.

The basic salary is £21,480 per annum, based on a 30-hour working week, with pay equivalent to 32.5 hours at our starting hourly rate.

Who are we looking for?

You'll already have experience in 360 recruitment and be confident developing new business, winning clients and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

You'll be starting with a fresh desk, so you'll need to be comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for vacancies to land in your inbox. An existing network of client relationships would be a significant advantage.

Most importantly, we want someone with ambition. Someone who can see beyond their first few months and genuinely wants the responsibility of helping build and eventually lead a recruitment business.
