We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the Wirral. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who has a genuine passion for working with children and who understands that, behind every behaviour, there is a need to be understood and supported.



The Role:

As an Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant you will:

  • Providing 1:1 support to pupils who require additional support.
  • Managing and appropriately responding to challenging behaviour.
  • Building positive, trusting relationships with students.
  • Supporting teachers and ensuring the smooth running of the classroom.


About you:

  • Knowledge of mental health, ADHD, and Autism is essential.
  • Experience in managing challenging behaviour.
  • Calm, patient and resilient.
  • Experience in working with children.
