Export Operator in Basildon, Essex

Premier Work Support are working with a freight forwarding specialist for the recruitment of a permanent Export Operator in the Basildon area.

As the Export Operator you will be working within the Export department focusing on sea freight planning.

Your duties will include the following:

• Managing the export process start to finish via in house system
• Booking containers with carriers.
• Issue Bill of Lading Instructions to carriers.
• Ensuring cost estimates are entered on all jobs within the correct accounting month
• Resolving customer invoice queries and dispute any supplier invoices that are not correct

For this role you will need to be able to demonstrate proven experience of Export processes with sea freight specifically, working within a busy Export department.

• Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
