External Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced External Site Manager to manage the external envelope packages on an industrial development in Bromley.

The successful candidate must have strong experience delivering externals and cladding packages on industrial units, warehouses or logistics schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cladding, roofing and associated external works packages.
• Coordinate specialist subcontractors and interfaces between trades.
• Drive programme, quality and health & safety on site.
• Review drawings, RAMS and technical details.
• Manage QA, inspections, snagging and sign-off.
• Coordinate access, deliveries and sequencing of works.
• Report progress and resolve design/interface issues with the project team.

Requirements:

• Proven External/Site Manager experience on industrial units / warehouses.
• Strong cladding and building-envelope experience.
• Good technical knowledge of roofing, cladding and façade interfaces.
• Strong subcontractor and programme management skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required.
