RSW are recruiting on behalf of a specialist manufacturer in Brecon for an Extrusion Line Operator.

Previous extrusion experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential. We are looking for someone who is mechanically minded, enjoys working with machinery, is comfortable using computer systems, and has experience operating production equipment within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Operating and monitoring production lines
🔹 Recording and maintaining production data
🔹 Carrying out quality inspections and checks
🔹 Troubleshooting and supporting continuous production

We're looking for candidates who:
✅ Have experience working with factory production machinery
✅ Are mechanically minded and technically curious
✅ Have good computer literacy
✅ Can communicate effectively at all levels
✅ Thrive under pressure and deliver results to deadlines
✅ Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn

🎣 Knowledge of fly fishing would be a distinct advantage!

Working Hours:
40 hours per week on a rotating 3-shift pattern:
🌅 6am – 2pm
🌇 2pm – 10pm
🌙 10pm – 6am
