Temporary Autumn Term Role | Monday to Friday

8:30am – 3:30pm

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support a non-verbal autistic child for a term before the child goes to specialist school.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children, ideally in an EYFS and SEND school setting
  • A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting young learners
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEND support (desirable)

What You'll Do:

  • Support a child 1:1
  • Foster a safe, positive and inclusive environment
  • Help the child develop confidence, independence, and social skills
  • Collaborate closely with the school’s SENDCO
  • Be confident working with a child who requires patience and compassion
