The Role

As an EYFS Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging, hands-on lessons that spark children's interest and imagination.
• Create a welcoming classroom where every child feels safe and encouraged.
• Support pupils' personal, social and academic development.
• Monitor progress and adapt learning to meet individual needs.
• Build positive relationships with families and colleagues.
• Work alongside the Early Years team to provide an exceptional learning experience.
• Play an active role within the wider school community.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has EYFS teaching experience or a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• Is creative, proactive and eager to make a difference.
• Communicates effectively with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Maintains high expectations for learning and behaviour.
• Is committed to contributing positively to school life.
