Location: Croydon, London
Salary: £39,196 - £58,120 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
Contract: Temporary; full-time availability preferred, working pattern to be agreed
Start date: 05/10/2026
Hours: Term time - 8:30 - 3:30 - school day

From a child’s first story to their growing confidence with numbers, Early Years teaching is full of meaningful milestones. Transparency Education is recruiting for two EYFS Teacher opportunities in Croydon.
We are looking for teachers who can combine purposeful play with carefully planned adult-led learning. You will help children develop language, curiosity and independence while responding to their individual starting points.

Responsibilities
• Plan learning across the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
• Create purposeful activities for child-initiated and adult-led learning
• Teach early phonics, communication and number skills
• Observe learning and use assessment to plan appropriate next steps
• Adapt provision for children with SEND and additional language needs
• Build positive relationships with parents, carers and Early Years colleagues

Requirements
• UK QTS and experience teaching within EYFS
• Knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework
• A nurturing approach with clear expectations and routines
• Confidence planning inclusive learning through play and direct teaching
• An enhanced DBS check, or willingness to complete one.
