Transparency Education is recruiting an EYFS Teacher for a January school opportunity in Bromley. You will create purposeful play and focused teaching that develop early language, literacy, mathematics and personal confidence.
We would like to hear from teachers who notice how children learn and use those observations to extend their next steps. You will balance children’s interests with clear intentions for learning across the EYFS.
- Plan inviting provision alongside well-pitched adult-led learning.
- Model language and support early phonics, number understanding and independence.
- Use observation to adapt provision and communicate next steps with families.
To be eligible for this role and the stated pay, applicants must have:
- QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- EYFS teaching experience and a sound understanding of child development.
- Confidence coordinating classroom support and meeting different learning needs.
- Appropriate qualifications and training for the responsibilities of the post.
Higher rates reflect substantial relevant teaching experience and qualifications. Pay follows school expectations and AWR, where applicable.
Shape early learning through practical experiences that help children explore, communicate and achieve.
We support teachers and school support staff through attentive service and professional development, offering:
- A dedicated consultant providing ongoing support and guidance.
- A £150 refer-a-friend reward once your referred candidate has worked and been paid for their first 10 days.
- Pay in line with Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), including equal pay treatment where applicable.
- Access to a wide range of CPD through our in-house team of experienced senior leaders.
