A welcoming and community-focused one-form entry primary school, is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join their team from September.

The Role
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for an EYFS class, delivering an engaging and inspiring curriculum that supports children to develop academically, socially and emotionally during these crucial early years.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
- Taking full responsibility for all aspects of class teaching, assessment and pupil progress.
- Creating a stimulating, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe, happy and motivated to learn.
- Monitoring and assessing children's development, using observations and assessments to inform next steps in learning.
- Building strong relationships with parents, carers and the wider school community.
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
- Contributing positively to the wider life of the school.
The Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom practice with high expectations for all learners.
- Is passionate about early years education and committed to helping every child reach their full potential.
- Is creative, organised and able to provide engaging learning experiences.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
