EYFS Teaching Assistant - ASAP Start!

⏰ Hours: From 7:45am - Morning Only

Premier Education Ltd are currently working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in the Macclesfield area who are looking for a Level 3 qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team from next week.

The role will begin at 7:45am supporting the school's breakfast club, before moving into the Early Years setting for the remainder of the morning.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years practitioner who is looking for morning-only work within a supportive primary school environment.

The successful candidate will need to be confident working with young children, have a good understanding of the EYFS framework and be able to provide a caring, nurturing and engaging environment.

• Support the breakfast club from 7:45am

• Support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage

• Work alongside the class teacher to support children's learning and development

• Assist with engaging, play-based activities

• Support children's communication, personal, social and emotional development

• Help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment

• Support children's individual needs and development

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification

• Paediatric First Aid (PFA) qualification - essential

• Previous experience working within an EYFS or nursery setting

• Good understanding of the EYFS framework

• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable and committed to morning-only hours

• Two references covering the last two years

• Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply

£92 - £105 per full day
Dependent on experience and qualifications.
