EYFS Teaching Assistant
Overview: Support children in Nursery and Reception, assisting with play-based learning, phonics, early language development, and personal, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher with EYFS provision
- Assist with indoor and outdoor learning activities
- Promote children's independence and confidence
- Observe and record pupil progress
- Support children with personal care where required
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 months' experience in an EYFS, nursery, or primary setting
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable
- Understanding of the EYFS Framework
- Caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
