Early Years Teaching Assistant (EYFS)

We are working with a friendly and supportive primary school in South London who are looking to appoint an Early Years Teaching Assistant (EYFS) to join their team.

This role is ideal for an EYFS TA who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys supporting young children during this crucial stage of learning.

The role:

• Supporting children across Nursery and Reception

• Providing one-to-one and small group support

• Assisting with phonics, early literacy and numeracy activities

• Supporting personal care routines where required

• Creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment

• Working closely with teachers and the EYFS team

The ideal candidate:

• Has experience working within EYFS settings

• Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework

• Is caring, patient and enthusiastic

• Has good behaviour management and communication skills

• Is committed to safeguarding and inclusion
