As an F&B / Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant or food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation of the restaurant or F&B department.
• Lead, train, and develop the front of house team.
• Drive high service standards and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
• Manage rotas, staffing levels, and labour costs.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues professionally.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Control stock, ordering, and departmental costs.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as an F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and costs.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering high-quality service.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to relocate within the UK if required.
