F&B Supervisor (Temporary role)

We're looking for an experienced F&B Supervisor to support a high-quality hotel in Tower Bridge.

You'll be leading a team of around 4-5 staff per shift, overseeing breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch, dinner, restaurant, bar and room service.

Requirements:

• Previous hotel F&B experience is essential

• Supervisor/Team Leader experience or similar

• Confident leading a team and running shifts

• Strong guest service and communication skills

• Hands-on and reliable

• Able to work early starts from 6am and late finishes up to around 1am

• Must be able to reliably travel to and from the hotel at these times
