Are you an experienced Fabric Engineer or Carpenter looking for a stable Monday–Friday role within a leading Facilities Management organisation?
An established FM provider is looking for a Day Shift Fabric Engineer to support the maintenance of a prestigious commercial building in Greater London.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong carpentry and building fabric experience who enjoys carrying out repairs, improving building standards, and working as part of a collaborative engineering team.

The Role As the Day Shift Fabric Engineer, you'll:
  • Carry out carpentry and general building fabric repairs.
  • Complete patch repairs, window maintenance and façade repair works.
  • Support planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
  • Assist with minor decorating and finishing works where required.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and building presentation.
  • Work closely with engineers, supervisors and the wider facilities team to deliver an excellent service.
You To be successful in the role, you'll bring:
  • Experience in building fabric maintenance or carpentry.
  • A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team.
  • A willingness to support a variety of fabric maintenance tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
