Fabrication Assistant in Darlington, County Durham

We are looking to recruit a number of semi-skilled fabrication assistants to join our client's team on a long-term contract basis.

Candidates will ideally have previous experience of working within a fabrication environment, and ideally have skills such as grinding / dressing of metal, tacking up for welders, being able to work from engineering drawings, and experience of working with hand tools and fab shop machinery.

Duties will include assisting welders and platers with the fabrication of structural steelwork.

Long term dayshift work for the right candidates.
