Fabricator Welder

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable Welder Fabricator looking for a long-term role with a reputable company.

The Role

As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of welding and fabrication work, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welding and fabricating components and structures
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Measuring, cutting and preparing materials
• Ensuring all work meets required quality and safety standards
• Carrying out fabrication, assembly and finishing work
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a welding/fabrication role
• The ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Good MIG/MAG welding skills
• Strong attention to detail and pride in their work
• A reliable and hardworking attitude
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant welding/fabrication qualifications or experience would be advantageous

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm

Occasional overtime may be required depending on business needs.
