Location: Near Royston, Hertfordshire

I'm working on behalf of a well-established engineering client based near Royston who is looking for an experienced Fabricator / Welder to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to join a growing engineering business, working on a variety of bespoke fabrication projects within a professional workshop environment.

• Fabricate and assemble steel components from engineering drawings.

• Read and interpret detailed technical drawings.

• Measure, mark out, cut and prepare materials.

• Carry out MIG welding and general fabrication duties.

• Use workshop machinery, tools and equipment safely.

• Check completed work to ensure quality standards are met.

• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects.

• Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.

• going out to site 

• Previous experience working as a Fabricator / Welder.

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

• Experience within a fabrication, engineering or manufacturing environment.

• Strong MIG welding and metal fabrication skills.

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable and hardworking approach.

• Full UK driving licence is essential due to the location.

• Permanent, full-time position.
