Job Overview:
A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Façade Manager to join their team delivering a major construction project in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a façade professional with strong experience managing complex façade packages on large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all façade works from design coordination through to completion, ensuring quality, programme, and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full façade package from pre-construction through to final handover.
• Coordinate façade subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor progress against programme, identifying risks and implementing recovery strategies where required.
• Review drawings, specifications, design information, and technical submissions.
• Ensure façade installations meet project requirements, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Carry out regular inspections, snagging, and quality checks, managing NCRs where required.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements, RAMS, and site procedures.
• Attend progress meetings and provide updates on programme, quality, and performance.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Façade Manager working for a main contractor or specialist façade contractor.
• Strong background delivering façade packages on large-scale projects.
• Experience with systems such as unitised curtain walling, brick slip, cladding, windows, SFS, rainscreen, and associated façade elements.
• Strong understanding of façade sequencing, installation methods, and quality requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive project delivery.
• Relevant construction qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid preferred).
